He is a person who is willing to act more, talk less, and get things done in an orderly manner. His interests exclusively deal with analyzing the complex functioning of biological systems using genomics, proteomics, and immunology. His work experience spans various fields, such as zebrafish toxicology, cancer biology, molecular imaging, and environmental biotechnology, with a focus on the treatment of pollutants and understanding protein misfolding and its associated pathogenesis correlated with amyloid formation. He has also engaged in coursework such as MATLAB, web development, and ethical hacking. In his spare time, he enjoys learning German and keeping updated on current foreign affairs and national defense updates. His hobbies include listening to music and traveling.
Subash Arunagiri
Pursuing MTech in Biomanufacturing at IIT Roorkee
He graduated from SRM University in Chennai with a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology. He joined our facility to complete his major project thesis, working on the project entitled “Unraveling the Mechanism of Lysozyme Aggregation Under Physiological Stress Conditions.” Proteomics and stem cell technology fascinate him, and he desires an in-depth understanding of these disciplines. He spends the rest of his time learning new things, working out in the gym, and spending time with friends.
